WILLETS POINT REDEVELOPMENT RFP
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant to provide on-call title report services for properties in the Willets Point Redevelopment District (Project Site). The purpose of these services is to accurately identify all property owners and interested parties for every parcel within the project site. The consultant must provide an owner and/or interested parties search of all properties identified in the project site and prepare a report detailing the results of the owner search. Consultants must be available to work immediately upon selection on an aggressive timeline for completion of the reports.
