Harwood House Improvement
Work under this contract includes: 1. Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to provide removal of the existing windows; provide new to match existing wood replacement windows, trim, accessories and hardware.
2. Bid Additive #1: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to provide removal and recycling of existing vinyl siding, shutters, soffit, and underlayment, and removal of existing downspouts; provide new to match existing wood framing and/or sheathing where necessary; provide new building wrap, flashing, soffits, vinyl siding .048 thickness clapboard profile, wood grain texture, trim, shutters, and re-install metal downspouts. All work to be performed at Wilsons Creek National Battlefield, located approximately 6 miles South West of the town of Springfield, MO, in accordance with all contract documents.
