WIC Program Technical Assistance
The State is seeking proposals for a technical assistance contractor to provide support to program and technical staff in the policy, program and coordination activities necessitated by replacing Vermont WIC’s legacy management information system and transition from home delivery of WIC food benefits to retail grocer based full electronic benefits transfer. Anticipated contract period will be October 15, 2013 through October 14, 2015, with option to renew for two consecutive one year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding.
