This is a single solicitation Request for a Quote (RFQ) for competitive sealed bids from an experienced infant formula manufacturer to supply and provide a rebate on all physical forms of infant formulas, including any new infant formulas that are supplied to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) manufactured by the Bidder. Eligible bidders are experienced infant formula manufacturers that can produce and distribute sufficient quantities of infant formula to meet the needs of 100 (one hundred) percent of the babies in Georgia WIC.
