The purpose of FBO amendment dated 7/26/2019 is to upload solicitation amendment 001.

The solicitation closing date (bid due date) identified in item 13.a on page 1 of the solicitation is changed to read 8/15/2019.

The purpose of FBO amendment dated 7/16/19 is to upload the solicitation documents.  Bid due date/time is set for 8/15/2019 at 2:00 Central.  Technical questions are to be addressed to Patrick Hampston at 715-762-5134.

The USDA Forest Service, Lake States Acquisition Team, announces a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid opportunity for the WI ERFO 2018 Flood Recovery 2 project on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. This project is for the reconstruction of roads and trails damaged during the June 2018 ERFO flooding event. Work includes placement of fill and aggregate surfacing, roadway and ditch reconditioning, lead-off ditch construction, culvert replacements, embankment slide repair, ford construction, and trail bridge construction. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $36.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Registering in the SAM system is FREE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov on or about July 18, 2019. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in the solicitation.
