NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Pangborn Corporation, 4630 Coates Drive, Fairburn, GA 30213-2975, CAGE Code 45586, for the acquisition of supplies required to repair existing PANGBORN ROTOBLAST TABLE, Model 8LK-1 (Serial # 106686): M010100-1 Wheel Assy (2ea), M010099-1 & M010099-2 & M010099-3 & M010099-4 Plate Assy (2ea), 12045 Housing (2ea), 12041 Lid (2ea), M2046 Liner (4ea), S471367-2 Bushing (2ea), 6020002 Seal Plate (2ea), 6000028 Centering Plate (4ea), H010109 Head (4ea), 6000029 Rim Lock (2ea), M0651 Spring (32ea), P000890 & A0301 Adapter (4ea), R543355000 Head Set (10ea), A1936R & A1936L Liner (4ea), A1939 & A1940-B & A2308 Liner (2ea), A1937 Liner (6ea), 6010000 Case (2ea), 6000024-8 Blades (2ea), C60152 Loc (2ea), S040146 Seal (2ea), C60153 O-ring (2ea). This purchase will be executed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures using Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). Solicitation number W911N2-14-T-0066 will be released O/A 4 June 2014 and close O/A 11 June 2014. The FOB Point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
