The USDA Forest Service Incident Support Branch, Acquisition Management, has a requirement for the rental of facilities in the Southeastern United States at which to deliver satellite Wildland Firefighter Apprenticeship Program (WFAP) academy sessions. The WFAP requires a facility(ies) that can provide lodging, meals, classrooms and has ready access to publicly accessible forests within 90 minutes of an airport. The government anticipates a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation.

This procurement will be awarded using full and open competition. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 531120 and $27.5 million, respectively.


A solicitation and related documents will be available for download at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about June 14, 2019. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site.


Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
