NOAB is requesting submittal of Qualifications Statements from qualified firms or groups of firms interested in
performing architectural services for the design of the West Terminal (Concourse E) Annex Gates, a project funded
primarily under the Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International
Airport (LANOIA).
