SPECIAL PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED IN SPECIAL CATEGORY 32 WELL MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION FOR $1,300,000.00. Special Prequalification Applications are due on November 24, 2009 by 4:00 PM. Special Prequalification Applications are in the bid specifications, and available electronically from this webpage.
The work includes all materials, equipment and labor to remove, rehabilitate, re-install and test seven submersible well pumps and motors, provide new motor cables, provide gaskets and other pipe accessories, bail and inspect wells, and complete various tests and documents. The motors range from 150 to 600 horsepower. The pump settings range from about 100 to 325 feet.
