City invites the submission of proposals from firms (Proposers) to provide the management system, the minimum requirements of which are described in Section II. By implementing the system, CCC aims to increase its customer-base through more targeted marketing initiatives, as well as improve staff efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and providing consistent tools and practices throughout the administrative infrastructure.
