The City and Columbia County are seeking proposals for the development of a Web-Based Continuity of Operations Plan for essential departments of the County. This planning effort will enable departments ability to perform their essential functions during an emergency or situation, which may disrupt normal operations. The plan will identify essential functions of the County, alternate facilities and alternate interoperable communications and data support systems. A comprehensive training and exercise program will be part of the Plan and will reinforce the Plan and its procedures.
