Airports around the world rely on their websites as a primary communication vehicle and interface with the traveling public and other target audiences. The Metropolitan Airport Authority also uses its web presence to provide information to key stakeholders and partners in a timely manner. The websites of the International Airport and the Airport serve as the airports’ front door and provide a marketing and branding tool for the airports.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The MNAA is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to perform Website Redesign Services, as set forth in more detail in Exhibit A, Scope of Services. The MNAA is seeking to contract with a well-qualified firm to redesign all aspects of the MNAA’s websites, Nashville International (http://www.flynashville.com) and John C. Tune (http://www.johntune.com); including: information architecture and taxonomy, graphic design, technical architecture and analytics, with the goal of having the new website completed and deployed before March 31, 2012. The MNAA needs to update the look and feel of its websites and make them more user-friendly through improved navigation. The goal of this project is to provide the traveling public with current technological features and improved website navigation, and provide the MNAA with in-house maintenance capability and control over the “behind-the-scenes” site infrastructure. The redesign will help improve the delivery of exceptional customer service, or the Nashville Airports Experience (NAE), through the MNAA’s web presence.
