Website Objectives:
(1)
Create a professional, inviting online presence for the City of Madison that displays characteristics such as growing, active, and intelligent.
(2)
Provide logical and visitor friendly navigation that allows fast, easy access to information. The goal would be to access commonly requested information in 1 click.
(3)
Enable City Hall to communicate proactively with its resident via various electronic means (i.e. email, audio, video, etc.)
(4)
Own a dynamic web platform that can be easily and consistently updated with the ability to expand as future needs arise.
