WEBSITE REDESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, & IMPLEMENTATION
The City is accepting Request for Proposals from qualified, experienced firms to
redesign, develop, and implement its website, http://www.coosbay.org. The goals of this website redesign
project are as follows:
• To provide simple and intuitive electronic access to public services;
• Serve as a public two-way communication tool;
• Reduce transaction costs for the City and citizens;
• Streamline business operations;
• Provide 24/7 self-service government;
• Improve transparency and communication; and
• Generate interest among residents, visitors, and businesses in the services, events, quality of life,
and attractions the bay area has to offer
