WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES
The City has initiated a Request for Proposals (RFP) and invites interested parties to submit proposals for website design services. Proposals will be accepted from interested companies, having the requisite interest, familiarity, investment potential, and meet the established criteria to perform these services.
The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide website design services for the City’s webpage. It is the purpose of this contract to redesign and update the City’s current webpage.
Content Management System (CMS).
Provide a content management system that allows the following:
CMS with the capability to create unlimited pages and sub-pages.
CMS designed to be Search Engine Friendly
CMS ready for Google analytics in each page of the website for visitors tracking
Links module and database
Inclusion to Major Search Engines (Google, yahoo, msn, AltaVista, ask, etc.)
Train City staff in the use of the City CMS.
The website consulting services shall include the following:
Maintenance of databases and revision of usage statistics and visits.
Produce monthly reports from Google analytics (Web traffic analysis, visits, most popular page,
visitor’s path, referrals, geographic location of visitors, new visitor’s statistics, returning visitor’s
statistics)
Consulting of new technologies, podcast, blogs, social media (face book, YouTube, twitter, LinkedIn,
etc)
Regular adjustments for the site
Recommendation of better products and solutions to promote and increase traffic to City
Provide training and e-marketing guidance
