WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES
It is the intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for design and development of a new website for the County government and, optionally, to provide pricing for converting the existing County website to the new proposed design.
The County is seeking a full service website consultant with a successful proven track record preferably with other government entities. The current site www.co.henrico.va.us, while functional, can become a new and improved Website. The County desires a less institutional look and favors a more
contemporary one that can blend various technologies, such as streaming video, headlines and changing banners, into the proposed solution.
The design should be clean and uncluttered with easy navigation to other County services either individual agency pages or subject matter tabs such as how to do business with the County or frequently asked questions.
