WEBSITE DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROVIDER
The Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified firms to
provide website design, maintenance and technology services, more particularly
hereinafter described. Proposers are invited to submit proposals (each, a "Proposal") to
perform the services (the Work) more particularly described in the "Scope of Work
attached hereto as Appendix A and the form of contract (the Contract Form) attached
hereto as Appendix B and by this reference incorporated herein. If a satisfactory
Proposal is received, it is anticipated that the Downtown Alliance will enter into a
contract (the Contract) with the successful Proposer for a one-year period with the
option to renew annually for up to two additional years.
