WEB SITE REDESIGN FOR THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE
The Organization website will require:
ƒ User friendly and highly interactive design with intuitive navigation, an improved graphical user interface and
easy-to-find content organization.
ƒ Compatibility with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
ƒ Ability to function on all browsers and platforms (including mobile)
ƒ Ability to be easily updated by staff with a simple and user friendly Content Management System
ƒ A search engine optimization strategy and a site specific search function
ƒ Ability for stakeholders to complete forms on line (e.g. event registrations with no payment required) in a totally
safe and secure manner
ƒ No more than three drill downs to find appropriate information at any time, assuming no previous knowledge of
GRCHC.
ƒ A design resulting in no more than an 8-second load time for each page; even on dial up
ƒ A calendar function that can be easily updated
ƒ Ability to incorporate feed from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
ƒ Ability to integrate easily into web based e-newsletter software
