WEB SITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
The COV currently has a web presence that is being considered for migration to a separate platform, to leverage additional control of content and eliminate a number of concerns with content filtering. An opportunity exists to re-engineer the site to better reflect the mission of the COV and incorporate the latest web technology. Upon completion of the development of the site, the COV will assume full responsibility for web site content maintenance and administration. All content, coding and graphics will become the sole property of the COV.
