WEB SITE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER AGENCY WEB SITE
This RFP is for web site development, design, and implementation services, and does not include site hosting. Please note that including code that boosts internet traffic to the site is not necessary. Proposals for the design of the web site should include (but not be limited to) the following:
1) Designing a unique, attractive web site that meets BBARWA’s requirements described in this RFP and established through discussions with BBARWA following selection of a Contractor.
2) Designing a self supporting, consistent, and user-friendly navigational framework for the BBARWA web site that is understandable to users on all levels.
3) Designing a unique home page for the BBARWA web site. This design should be simple and allow users to easily access relevant information.
4) Designing a template for all pages within the site. All web site pages must be consistent, professional in appearance, and enhance BBARWA’s image.
5) Maintaining timely and regular communication with BBARWA during the design, development and implementation processes.
6) Assisting with the development of web page content to ensure organized and easy-to-access information, as well as ensuring web site uniformity and consistency.
