WEB SITE DESIGN
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to design and develop a new
web site for the City of Chesterfield. The City prefers a custom built web site, and Content
Management System (CMS) over a pre-built system, but we will look at all proposals. This will be a
concept to completion project. The scope of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all
candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be
judged.
