The WLS is acting on behalf of the nine Washington Educational Service Districts and their schools and school districts in releasing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) to select one or more qualified Vendors to fulfill orders for Website Content Management Systems and to administer the contract for Washington State K-12 public and private educational institutions who are members of the WLS. The result of this RFQ will be a contract between Vendor and the WLS.
