WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT and MAINTENANCE
The Montana Indian Business Alliance (hereinafter "MIBA") is accepting proposals to provide ongoing development and maintenance of MIBA's Web site (hereinafter "the Work"). The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation process for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which the contract will be awarded
MIBA currently has a Web presence that was designed and produced in 2006 by staff of the Montana Department of Commerce and has been maintained to date by those staff with some additional resources provided by a MIBA partner organization. MIBA is seeking a qualified candidate that will assume responsibility for maintaining the MIBA Web site and for continuing to develop the site in such a manner that it reflects and promotes the mission of MIBA, incorporating the latest Web technology. All content, coding and graphics will become the sole property of MIBA.
