WEB SERVICES / BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
The Dallas Independent School District (DISD) requests written proposals from qualified vendors to provide
consulting and other professional services. These services relate to the Dallas ISDs use of web tools to
promote communication, information access, and transparency with its staff, students, parents and
community stakeholders. The Dallas ISD Board of Trustees has initiated this RFP to improve the quality of
instruction in the district by enhancing the ability of the district to improve decision-making based on in-depth
data analysis. Doing so will enable the district to discover current and future risks, costs and benefits of
district operations. A single agreement for all services is desired, but individual proposals and joint proposals
will be accepted. The district will award all or part of this RFP to a single respondent or multiple respondents
at its discretion, based upon the complexity of the evaluation, the number of respondents, the interoperability
of the components, etc. More details are included in the Specifications selection of this Request for
