The County Board of Commissioners desires a new web site for the purpose of: (1) developing a unified look and feel for the County’s web site, (2) developing a comprehensive information source for County residents and visitors, (3) developing online tools such as forms to provide better service to residents and reduce labor and operating costs for the County, and (4) streamlining the County’s communications and business processes, and therefore invites written proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in providing consulting services, as further outlined below.
