HQ SACT seeks two identical distinct Contractors to support the development and coding of the CDSS suite of tools, including the full spectrum of efforts to identify, clarify and verify user requirements. The full development of the CDSS will not be among the responsibilities of the Contractors.
The screening and merging of the delivered parts of the code will be condacted by NATO personnel.
The Contractors will develop CDSS code and will contribute to technical services as follows:
a. Develop parts of CDSS web applications (client / server) using Java Server Faces (JSF) 2.2 / 2.3 and Java 8 / 9
b. Analytically describe the functioning of the developed code in common language (MS Word document, in English)
