WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals
or firms to provide a well-known and highly developed Web Content Management System
(CMS) for the organization along with providing hosting for the content management software and website.
The vendor shall also provide the cost for migration and tailoring of the existing website to the
new CMS and provide any further development necessary. After the project is completed, the
successful vendor shall provide a per hour cost for additional maintenance that may be required
in future years.
The contract price shall include a continuous power feed to avoid disruptions and the utilization
of the proper anti-virus, spyware, and spamware software to ensure the integrity of the CMS
system. A description of the software to be utilized would be useful in determining the final
contract award.
