WEB BASED PLAGIARISM CHECKER (Similar or Equal to Turnitin Plagiarism Prevention Module
WEB BASED PLAGIARISM CHECKER that is a specialized online software for detecting and preventing academic plagiarism.
Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Leavenworth is conducting market research to identify potential businesses with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully provide the requirement described herein. The subject requirement is to furnish a WEB BASED PLAGIARISM SOFTWARE MODULE for the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS, with the following salient characteristics:
• Must be able to use sophisticated algorithms and advanced finger-printing technology
• Run comprehensive plagiarism checks against billions of web pages, books, academic journals, online publications and a large database of pre-written essays and papers.
• Plagiarism Checker must be able to generate reports.
• Highlighting potential plagiarism.
• Have a direct link to the source of the duplicate content.
• Must be able to give feedback on student writing.
• Excel files can be submitted to Plagiarism Checker and the service will generate an originality report based on the document's text.
• Import rubrics from Excel.
• Must be able to support student work submitted in the powerful and popular PowerPoint presentation format.
• Must conform to the widely used Learning Tools InteroperabilityTM standard LTI 1.1 from IMS global, which enables straightforward integration with most leading LMS providers.
• Student papers residing as Google DriveTM or Dropbox files can be submitted directly to Plagiarism.
• Common Core Rubrics Reports.
• Plagiarism Checker with Integration for 1400 students.
This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) only.
(Note: Any interested party may respond to the RFI.)
This is not a solicitation announcement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The Government will use responses to this Sources Sought Notice to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Any resultant contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. The Salient Characteristics of the requirement fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511, "Custom Computer Programming Services." Interested firms must demonstrate in their qualification statement that they are qualified to provide the product under this NAICS code.
Firms responding to the RFI are asked to submit capability to provide the product that is addressed as the Government's requirement.
