WEB BASED COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE GIS MAPPING APPLICATION
The Chesapeake Economic Development department is looking to replace its existing commercial real estate database with an integrated web hosted software solution.
The application will support bulk data (demographic, drive time analysis, industry clusters) acquisition via subscription, utilize data layers already in place in the Citys GIS department and will also include commercial property data from the Economic Developments real estate database, and existing digital photography/site plans/elevations of commercial property.
The application will also be designed to be compatible with VEDPs (Virginia Economic Development Partnership) VirginiaScan Property Search data warehouse (via internet) to provide the most up to date real time property listings.
