WDG Architecture AV Systems Upgrades

The purpose of this project is to outfit WDG's conference rooms with a number of audio visual systems that range from an Audio Tele-Conferencing System to wireless projection systems to relocation of existing AV equipment that will enhance the experience of our corporate meetings. This project will entail three (3) phases, one per conference room. WDG has received consultation from an audio visual consultant in advance to obtain the necessary requirements for completing this project. Therefore, all major equipment and parts are specified in the RFP. However, all parties submitting an RFP are encouraged to identify other equipment and parts that they believe are pertinent to completing this project. WDG is excited about this initiative as it will enhance the experience that both the internal staff and clients will receive when hosting conferences at WDG Architecture.
