The City of Walla Walla, Washington (herein called the Owner) invites bids for the
construction of the Water Treatment Plant Shop Project (PWE No. WA08013). The work
includes construction of a 3,500-s.f. 16-foot high pre-engineered metal building to replace a
building that was removed already due to storm damage in 2008.
