WATER QUALITY ANALYSES AND SAMPLING SERVICES
The City of Huntington Beach Department of Public Works, Utilities Division is requesting
proposals from approved, qualified contractors who are certified as California Department of
Health Services Environmental Laboratory Tester of Drinking Water. The Laboratory must be
located within a 45-mile radius of the Utilities Division office to participate in this Request
for Proposal.
