WASTEWATER OPERATIONS & REPORTING SYSTEM SOFTWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for operations
data management and reports software and implementation services.
This RFP outlines required services, submission requirements, and information regarding
the desired format for proposals. The resulting contract shall include, but is not limited
to, responsibility for all work necessary for the successful procurement, installation, and
implementation of all software, programming, data conversion, networks, interfaces to
other County systems, and other system components necessary for the Countys new
Operations and Reporting system. The County is seeking a comprehensive solution that
incorporates all the functionality, design, flexibility and components as outlined in this
RFP. The County prefers an off-the-shelf system with a proven track record.
