Solicitation for Collection Management Hosted Services for U.S. Army Heritage Education Center (USAHEC) at the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA.
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
USAHEC requires a Collection Management Hosted Service that integrates and share information across the following functional areas library, archives, collection management, and museum. USAHEC is not looking for a custom built software package this contract is for a proven existing system that can be customizable to meet the governments specific requirements
The solicitation number is W91QF0-17-T-0011. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR 13.5.
This requirement will be issued Unrestricted. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 561990 and the size standard is $11,000,000. Federal Supply Code is D325.
Quotes are due No Later Than (NLT) 15 September 2017 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Quotes shall be emailed to the POC’s for this requirement, Contract Specialst edward.a.ruud.civ@mail,mil and Contract Officer kevin.l.kauffman.civ@mail.mil.Vendors shall confirm email receipt of all quotes. All questions shall be submitted NLT 6 September 2017 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
All vendors submitting a quote must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
