W56KGY-15-D-0007 MX Sensors Ceiling Increase Modification
Notice is provided of the Government's intent to modify contract W56KGY-15-D-0007 to increase the ordering ceiling by $56,693,422 from $84,700,000 to $141,393,422.
W56KGY-15-D-0007 was awarded to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) and WESCAM, Inc. under the authority of 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance of this contract ends on 9 June 2018. This contract is for the continued procurement of MX Sensor Systems (as clarified by W56KGY-15-D-0007_Responses posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) on 10 February 2017), spare and repair parts, MX emulators and simulators, modification of existing MX Sensor Systems, support services to include platform integration, field service representatives, repair services, program management support, engineering support, integrated product support, safety, quality assurance, and configuration management. This notice is a follow-on to "W56KGY-15-D-0007_Modification" which was posted on FedBizOpps on 16 December 2016 and closed on 31 December 2016, and which was clarified by W56KGY-15-D-0007_Responses posted on FedBizOpps on 10 February 2017 which closed on 25 February 2017.
The Government projects award for this modification in July 2017.
This contract is a commercial contact in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12.
IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) - All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
