The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Voluntary Employment Benefits for City employees currently enrolled and future retirees, elected officials, and dependents. Proposers are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Proposal.
