Voluntary Employee Benefit Plans
County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, seeks a
response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Supplemental Voluntary
Employee Benefit Plans to include policies/products for Short Term Disability
Insurance, and/or, a Critical Illness Benefit and/or, a Hospital Indemnity Benefit,
and/or, Whole/Permanent Life Insurance, and/or, an Accident Benefit as defined
below. The County’s goal is to obtain proposals from and products of a qualified
professional insurance firm with extensive experience in providing these
insurance coverages. Any selection will be made on the basis of the proposal
that is deemed most advantageous to the County and its employees.
Respondents should submit a response for each section independently.
