The County is soliciting quotations for this Request for Quote (hereinafter, referred to as a RFQ) from qualified firms for the County Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (hereinafter, referred to as VEBA) Account Banking Services. This service is part of an on-going effort to provide assurance that all employees' funds are being managed effectively and efficiently.
