Voluntary Benefits Brokerage and Administration Services
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract through competitive proposal for Voluntary Benefits Brokerage and Administration Services. The requested services are for an experienced third party Offeror that will be responsible for the overall administration and management of the Retiree Voluntary Insurance Program. These services will consist of Retiree Billing, Retiree Annual Open Enrollment / Ongoing Enrollment, Ongoing Communications, Customer Support and Accounting services in accordance with the Scope of Work, and Terms and Conditions identified herein.
