This Request for Proposals is issued by the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center of
Nueces County (hereinafter referred to as MHMRNC), a community center under the provisions
of Chapter 534 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, as amended, for the purpose of providing
Voice-Over-Internet Protocol Telephone Equipment and Services.
