This is a sources sought being issued for Market Research Purposes only.

The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Camp Pendleton, CA is seeking capability statements to help determine the proper acquisition strategy for this requirement. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement and Equipment List has been included with this Sources Sought.

The USMC plans to solicit and award a firm fixed contract for Voice Network Annual Maintenance. The planned period of performance is for a six month base and four - one (1) year option periods.


 

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred and will not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Telephone inquiries will not be entertained, accepted, or acknowledged and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their capability submissions.

 

If your organization has the potential capability to perform these contract services as identified in the DRAFT PWS, please provide responses to the following: (1) the contractor's specific experience in relation to the PWS; (2) a reference list of these contracts within the past three (3) years, to include contract number, dollar value, a brief description of services, and points of contact with phone number; and (3) information related to the contractor's business size and socioeconomic status. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above mentioned services are invited to submit responses to this Sources Sought via email to Kate Wimmer at katrina.wimmer@usmc.mil by 0900 PT on May 30, 2018.

 

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback with respect to any information submitted.  All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
