Voice Messaging System
It is the goal of this project to provide all CFISD stakeholders access to an advanced voice and messaging system to support telephony throughout the District in all facilities. The system will provide management, visibility and reporting to enable CFISD technology staff to effectively and efficiently manage and support the phone infrastructure with a high level of service and availability. The system should provide all of the functionality of the existing system with additional value and service options. All offers must support the goals of this project.
