The Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) is seeking proposals for the design, installation, configuration, and support of a fully redundant telephone communications system supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). The telephone system will be in use in offices in Augusta and Portland and a disaster recovery site within the State of Maine.
The telephone system shall deliver the same features and functionality at all sites and provide automatic failover in the event of a service interruption. This system is to replace an existing NEC phone system.
