The County is requesting information from firms and parties that could assist the County in researching and recommending a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) compliant Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system with Unified Communications features.
The Request for Information (RFI) process is an informal process utilized to gather information that may result in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP).
