Visual Support Services
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey (JB MDL). This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine the interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 541922 - Commercial Photography. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Vendors are reminded that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds. At this time no solicitation exists, therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation.
JB MDL is seeking interested sources for a possible contract, lasting for 6 months for visual support services. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and any other items necessary to provide photographers and graphic support services in accordance with the attached draft PWS.
This notice may be followed by a request for proposal. All potential offerors are encouraged to submit a response.
Please submit responses to Manuel Revilla (manuel.revilla@us.af.mil) and Eric Wiltz (eric.wiltz@us.af.mil). Responses are to be submitted no later than May 8, 2015 at 1400 Eastern Standard Time.
Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information:
1. Company name and address.
2. Company point of contact name, telephone number and email address.
3. Company business size and status (i.e., Large Business, Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.), the number of years in business, affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners.
4. If the company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, please list the GSA Contract Number and relevant SINS.
5. Capabilities/Qualifications: A short written response stating your capacity to fulfill this requirement.
