Visitor Registry & Screening System
The School District is seeking sealed proposals for a visitor registry and
screening system to be installed at all campuses. This is one element of a district-wide security
program. The system should meet or exceed the following minimum specifications:
Provide visitor registration and ID badge printing capability
Capability of checking for known sex offenders
Ability to add potential visitors for whom an alert should be generated. These might
include individuals with known custody issues or banned individuals
Ability to quickly identify and handle false positive matches
Ability to eliminate repeating false positive matches
Capability of retaining and recalling for print out visitor in/out history
Capability of screening and tracking volunteers
