Visitor Experience - Design Services
The Library seeks energizing, creative thinking from a firm that will help us enhance the visitor experience of the Library of Congress in a contemporary context-reconsidering our approach to exhibitions and public programs and incorporating lessons learned from other relevant educational/cultural institutions as we move forward.
The Library requests proposals for the development of a comprehensive visitor experience master plan (Plan) for the Library's Capitol Hill complex and long-range adaptation, redefinition and improvement plans for spaces in the Library's Capitol Hill buildings.
