Vision Provider Services
This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to develop, implement and maintain a partnership between Correction Enterprises’, and an eye care provider(s), located in the four (4) cities specified. The selected Vendor(s) shall be responsible for fitting and dispensing of prescription eye wear, manufactured by the Correction Enterprises’ Optical Plant to eligible participants. Eyeglasses will be fabricated (complete frame and lens) and sold by the Correction Enterprises Optical Plant.
