Print Collateral Production

The Vision Coalition of Delaware, directed by Delaware education leaders, is currently developing a plan to better prepare students for a lifetime of success. The Coalition is in the process of developing a 10-year strategic plan for Delaware, building on significant accomplishments achieved in the past ten years and setting sights on both bold new initiatives and completing previously-identified system-building work.
Request for Proposals
The Rodel Foundation, which provides staff support for the Vision Coalition, is seeking proposals from leading Delaware print design companies to develop associated materials.
Deliverables
The following deliverables are required. The initial meeting will be no later than the week of May 11. The deliverables are required by September 1. All of the following will be in full color.
Printing:
o40 page booklet on glossy stock (2,000 copies)
o8 page booklet on glossy stock (2,000 copies)
oFold-out pocket map (2,000 copies)
oOne-pager (500 copies)
Design and printing:
oTwo-pocket folder (1,000 copies)
oFormal invitations and envelopes (1,000)
oPalm card on card stock (1,000 copies)
oSignage (7)
Pull-up banners (3 total: 2 eight-foot, 1 three-foot)
Student silhouette-shaped (2 total: 6-feet by 2-feet)
Sturdy, 10-feet by 10-feet (1 total)
Vinyl banner for stage (1 total)
Podium sign on poster board (1 total)
RFP Requirements
The response to this proposal should include but it is not limited to:
Project timeline with key project milestones, including several rounds of reviews by project staff.
Budget and budget narrative.
Samples, if available, of previous related work.
