The University has prepared this request for proposal (RFP) to create a Virtual Student Center web site. The selected agency will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing The University Virtual Student Center.
Your agency is invited to prepare a response, and potentially to give a presentation to the University. The due date for receipt of the written proposal is 5pm, Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Finalists will be invited to present in mid-July. Before proceeding with completion of your proposal, we ask that you identify any client conflicts of interest based upon your review of the company description.
